They did say they will credit me the money back for today's shipment if it arrives after 9pm, and the food has again spoiled, so at least there's that. I've gotten the same experience both when I tried to cancel and today when chatting in to customer service. have a great day!" and was unwilling to do anything to try to help. ![]() They still refuse to honor their promotion, and their customer service basically said, "You're S.O.L. It is now a day later than the requested delivery day, and it is still not here. I then tried to cancel the next box, and because it was not 6 days before the requested delivery day, they would not cancel as it's "already been shipped". They refunded me the charge for the spoiled food, but would not honor the promotion for the next delivery as it was after the promotional period. When my first delivery was due, it arrived two days late, and the food was spoiled. I set up my deliveries and did everything I needed to do before the promotion expired. I signed up for Blue Apron using a promotion through T-Mobile.
